I have been hearing the acrimonious stories related to senior reverse mortgage and the fact is that everyone seems to chat about the product very wisftully, I cannot help but guess about whether this is down to of the age of the homeowners involved. Furthemore the much more suspect calculator reverse mortgage companies have been brushed under the carpet and dispelled as a drossy reason of concern, reverse mortgage information is now entirely seen to by the FS Authority yet continuously bares loads of stigma about it.

The distinguishing features of the two? One is targeted at everyone whilst the other is aimed at the over 55. It is this age based marketing that, I believe, has created the hoo-ha. Targeting the plus 55s has the same coloring of assailability that arises with advertising unwholesome products to children.

What concerns myself is that in almost every other market or circumstance; mature people are considered the most wise; the wise beings that many look to for help and warning from. So why is it the case, when it comes to anything internet or many types of business product, do we treat the over 55’s with children’s gloves! Stepping in like a defiant knight to protect them from their own selves. Do we really believe for one second that they’re ridiculously blundering in the dark. No I thought not.
